Sambal Lado Mudo (sambal ijonya Padang)
Material:
14 green chilies, chopped
10 pieces of red onion
2 pieces of green tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
¼ tsp lemon juice
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions:
1. Steamed green peppers, red onions, and tomatoes for 5 minutes. Lift ago
roughly mashed.
2. Heat oil and saute until wilted. Add salt and water
lime. Cook briefly and ready to serve.
